Delivery and Backorders
Delivery:
Products will be dispatched as soon as payment is confirmed. Our postage charges are set to recover post and packaging costs. We do not intend to profit from freight and will reduce the postage and handling charges when multiple purchases allow. Other than Christmas time please allow 3 - 5 days for delivery. Wiggy Winks, Baba slings, and Window sox are often sourced from Australia so may take up to 2 weeks. For any other unexpected delays you will be notified.
Please note, that with the exception of Wiggy Winks all items will be sent by courier or unregistered post (unless otherwise requested), and therefore the purchaser accepts the risk for any goods that become missing in transit. The purchaser also accepts that should goods go missing in transit, then they will remain liable to pay the entire sale price, including postage and handling of the goods, and that Stork to Chalk or its agents are not liable to replace or refund the costs of the goods. The purchaser acknowledges that by cancelling or attempting to cancel a payment in such a situation is in breach of this agreement, and that Stork to Chalk may recover from the purchaser the original sale price as well as costs and expenses incurred in claiming payment (including full legal and debt recovery costs) by any legal means it sees fit. By placing an order the purchaser accepts these terms of trade.

Back orders:
We try to have all products available as listed, but sometimes back orders are unavoidable. If you are notified that a product has been put on back order please feel free to cancel or change your order at any time, or wait and the product will be sent to you as soon as possible. We will always advise you how long this is likely to take.
