Prices:
Prices are in New Zealand dollars and processed in New Zealand dollars, and
include GST (where applicable). Overseas orders should contact Stork to Chalk
via email to confirm price and delivery information before ordering.Overseas
orderers, please be advised that imports may attract local duties or taxes,
entirely dependant on the country concerned, which will not be quoted with
the selling price. You should take this possibility in account when ordering.
Payment:
Visa and MasterCard:
Order details are sent over a Secure Server for your protection. If you are
not comfortable about ordering over the internet, please go to the shopping
cart, click on "Go to payments", fill in your details, then click "Continue".
Print the shopping cart summary page by clicking on "File" (at the top of
your browser screen), then "Print". Add your credit card details (name, card
number and expiry date) and post to:

Cheque:

Returns and Refunds:
Customer satisfaction is a priority at Stork to Chalk. Only
quality products have been selected for this site, and Stork
to Chalk and its suppliers are confident that you will be
completely happy with your purchase. We want you to have
complete confidence buying from us.
All of our products are covered by the Stork to Chalk customer guarantee,
which allows you the full right to return any item you purchase from us,
no matter what the reason, for a full refund. This is provided that:

you contact us within 14 days to inform us of your decision

it it returned to us within 30 days of your purchase date.

it is returned in a saleable condition, in the original packaging.
If the product is being returned for reasons other than a product fault,
the refund will not include postage and handling charges.
In addition, individual products may have extended warranties beyond this
period, and where this applies, it will be clearly mentioned in the product
information.

Delivery:
Products will be dispatched as soon as payment is confirmed. Where a postage
and handling charge applies it will be clearly stated on the product summary
and represented in the total product price at the shopping cart. Please allow
7-10 days for delivery as some items are sourced overseas. You will be notified
of any delays.
Please note, that with the exception of Wiggy Winks all items will be sent
by courier or unregistered post (unless otherwise requested), and therefore
the purchaser accepts the risk for any goods that become missing in transit.
The purchaser also accepts that should goods go missing in transit, then
they will remain liable to pay the entire sale price, including postage and
handling of the goods, and that Stork to Chalk or its agents are not liable
to replace or refund the costs of the goods. The purchaser acknowledges that
by cancelling or attempting to cancel a payment in such a situation is in
breach of this agreement, and that Stork to Chalk may recover from the purchaser
the original sale price as well as costs and expenses incurred in claiming
payment (including full legal and debt recovery costs) by any legal means
it sees fit. By placing an order the purchaser accepts these terms of trade.

for an estimate of costs of freight, and we will happily
arrange alternate delivery.
Back orders:
We try to have all products available as listed, but sometimes back orders
are unavoidable. If you are notified that a product has been put on back
order please feel free to cancel or change your order at any time, or wait
and the product will be sent to you as soon as possible. We will always advise
you how long this is going to take.
Customs duty for imported goods:
Please note that some products sourced directly from Australia
might exceed the "customs thresh-hold for duty" and if this
happens, the buyer may be liable to pay the duty and GST
before receiving the goods. This cost is not included in
the price as it will only affect a small number of orders.
The applying of duty is unlikely to occur on typical orders
but Stork to Chalk cannot make a guarantee to this effect.

please contact us before placing your order.
Safety:
All products have been used extensively with children and found to be safe
when used in the correct manner, but final responsibility for monitoring
and safety always rests with the parent or caregiver.
Product colours:
All care is taken to represent the products faithfully, but colours may differ
slightly in appearance due to individual monitor characteristics.

All names, logos and pictures on the website are copyright and cannot be
reproduced without permission.
Privacy:
We are committed to ensuring the privacy of our customers. Under no circumstances
will your data including email addresses be given to any third parties.
